目的 探讨弥漫性肺脑膜上皮瘤病的临床病理学特征。方法 回顾性分析1例弥漫性肺脑膜上皮瘤病的临床病理特征及免疫表型，采用免疫组化EnVision检测蛋白表达，并复习相关文献。结果 1例女性患者，年龄55岁。镜下可见多处结节状区域，高倍镜下可见肿瘤细胞呈巢团状，沿着肺泡壁及小叶间隔生长，瘤细胞形态温和，呈上皮样、圆形及卵圆形。胞质较丰富，嗜酸性。免疫表型：Vimentin、PR、EMA、SSTR2均阳性；CGA、SYN、TTF-1、SMA、HMB45均阴性。结论 弥漫性肺脑膜上皮瘤病是一种罕见的肺部肿瘤，生物学行为属于良性还是一个惰性进展性的肿瘤还需进一步研究，因此，需加强对弥漫性肺脑膜上皮瘤病的认识和检测。
