细环病毒(TTV)是一种具有高度变异性的环状单链DNA病毒,具有高流行率、基因组高度异质性以及宿主泛嗜性等特点,其复制机制、感染致病机制和遗传变异原因尚未完全阐明。新近研究证实,TTV复制水平与宿主免疫状态密切相关,可作为器官移植、HIV感染、肿瘤免疫治疗、自身免疫疾病以及疫苗应答中的免疫监测生物标志物。本文就TTV的病毒结构、流行病学特征、与宿主免疫相互作用机制及检测技术研究进展进行综述,为TTV 的基础研究与临床转化应用提供参考。
